FAQ
One generation costs 120 credits and gives you two versions of the song, whichever model you pick. So a 2,500-credit plan is about 20 songs a month, and 10,000 credits is about 83. Credits are only spent when a generation succeeds — a failed job is not charged.
Monthly credits are valid for 30 days from the day they land in your account, and they are spent oldest-first so the ones closest to expiring get used before the fresh ones. On the Premier plan unused credits roll over for up to 3 months.
Yearly is the same plan at roughly 20% off, charged once for twelve months up front. Credits still arrive monthly rather than as one big lump, so a year of Pro is twelve deliveries of 10,000 credits. Prices on this page are shown per month either way, so the two columns are directly comparable.
Stripe retries a failed charge a few times over the following days and emails you each time. Your plan stays active during the retries; credits already in your balance remain usable. If every retry fails the subscription lapses and you drop back to whatever credits you had left. Updating your card in the billing portal fixes it immediately.
Open the billing portal from the Manage plan button on this page and cancel there — no email, no support ticket. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for. Credits already granted stay valid until their normal expiry.
Pro and Premier include a full commercial license, which is what you need for monetized video, streaming distribution, ads and client work. Songs made on free credits or on Starter are for personal, non-commercial use.
Checkout runs on Stripe, so Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay cards all work, along with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay and WeChat Pay where your region supports them. The exact list shown at checkout depends on your country. We never see or store your card details.
Stripe emails a receipt for every charge automatically, and the billing portal holds every past invoice as a PDF you can download. If you need a company name or VAT ID on the invoice, add it in the portal's billing details and it appears on subsequent invoices — email support@rewave.net if you need an earlier one reissued.
If something went wrong on our side — a charge you did not authorise, a duplicate, or a plan that never delivered its credits — email support@rewave.net and we will refund it in full. Otherwise, generated songs are delivered immediately and consume compute, so spent credits are not refundable. Where we do make a goodwill exception, note that the payment platform keeps its processing fee even on a refund, so that fee is deducted from the amount returned. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid a charge you do not want.
You can switch to a larger plan at any time from the billing portal; Stripe prorates the difference so you only pay for the remainder of the period, and the new plan's credits are granted right away. There is no separate top-up pack — moving up a tier is the way to get more credits before your next renewal.
