You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Distribute malware or interfere with the Service's operation

4. Generated Content & Intellectual Property

Your content. You retain ownership of the lyrics and prompts you submit. For AI-generated music, the rights depend on your plan:

• Starter plan: You may use generated music for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Creator & Pro plans: You receive a commercial license to use generated music in videos, podcasts, games, and other commercial projects. You may not claim copyright ownership of the underlying AI model or its outputs in a way that restricts others from using the Service.

Our content. The Service, its design, branding, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

5. Credits & Payments

Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when generating music. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support for assistance.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReWave AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
